Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Tace — founder of Elevate Her Agency, eCommerce & Marketing Specialist, digital creator, and passionate advocate for women building businesses on their terms.
My journey began in 2010 as a Marketing Manager at one of Melbourne’s leading marketing event agencies. On weekends, I pursued my love for beauty as a makeup artist for global brands like Estée Lauder, Christian Dior, and Becca Cosmetics.
Fifteen years later — with hard work, resilience, and a love for creativity — I’ve built a career collaborating with some of the world’s most iconic fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. From launching large-scale campaigns to driving digital growth, I’ve learned how to navigate the fast-paced, ever-evolving online space while staying true to brand purpose and vision.
In March 2024, I took a leap. I launched Elevate Her Agency to share my expertise through digital products and services that empower women to build brands with both style and strategy. My goal? To create freedom — financial, creative, and personal.
